1. Introduction

Welcome to TrackHabit. These Terms and Conditions explain how you can use our system. By using our platform, you agree to follow these rules. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the system.

2. User Responsibilities

  • Always provide accurate and truthful information.
  • Don’t try to hack, change, or misuse the system.
  • Follow the access rules based on your role (admin, employee, etc.).

3. Roles & Access

  • Admins can create, update, and remove user roles.
  • Employees should only use features assigned to their roles.
  • Trying to access restricted areas will get your account blocked.

4. Suspicious Activity & Account Blocking

  • We monitor accounts for suspicious activity, including multiple failed login attempts, unauthorized access, or fraudulent behavior.
  • If suspicious activity is detected, the user account may be temporarily blocked.
  • Admins will receive a notification and can review the case.
  • Users can appeal a block by contacting support with verification details.

5. Tasks & Projects

  • Employees must log their daily work, including tasks and hours.
  • Tasks should align with company goals—no personal work allowed.
  • Admins and HR can edit or remove tasks if needed.

6. HR & Payroll

  • Salary details are private—don’t share them with others.
  • HR and Admins manage salaries, holidays, and leave requests.
  • Falsifying payroll data will lead to serious consequences.

7. Screenshot Tracking & Monitoring

  • Screenshot tracking applies only to desktop users when the chat app is open.
  • Employees will be informed before tracking begins.
  • Screenshots are securely stored and reviewed only by authorized personnel.

8. Data Security & Privacy

  • We take data security seriously, but users must also keep their login details confidential.
  • Never share your password or extract data without permission.
  • Report any security issues to the admin immediately.

9. Deleting a Company

  • Company deletion requires OTP verification for security purposes.
  • Once deleted, all associated data (employees, payroll, settings) is permanently lost.
  • Only authorized admins can request company deletion.

10. Chat & Communication

  • Chat groups are strictly for work-related discussions.
  • Harassment, offensive, or inappropriate content is not allowed.
  • Violating chat rules may lead to account suspension.
