The Admin Settings section allows role management, system configuration, and chat group creation.
Role Management
In the Role Management section, admins can create and manage roles with level-based access. Each role is assigned specific permissions that define what an employee can do within the system. This ensures better control, security, and structured access to company data and processes.
Key Features:
Level-Based Role Management:
- Roles are assigned based on hierarchy, ensuring controlled access.
- Higher-level roles have broader access, while lower-level roles have restricted permissions.
Create & Assign Roles
- Admins can define roles such as Admin, HR, Manager, and Employee based on company structure.
- Each role is assigned to employees according to their responsibilities.
Set Permissions:
- Each role has specific permissions like View, Add, Update, and Delete to manage different system features.
- Access can be granted or restricted based on role level.
Improve Security & Workflow:
- Prevent unauthorized access by restricting sensitive data to relevant roles.
- Ensure employees only have access to the tools and information necessary for their job.

1. Working Days Setting
The Days Settings module allows HR and Admin to configure the official working days for the organization based on company policies. This ensures proper scheduling, payroll accuracy, and attendance tracking.
Work Schedule Options :
HR and Admin can set the organization's workweek structure based on operational needs:
- 5-Day Workweek – Monday to Friday schedule, commonly used in corporate settings.
- 6-Day Workweek – Monday to Saturday schedule for businesses requiring an extra working day.
- Alternate Work Pattern – Custom alternating schedules, such as alternate Saturdays off, based on company policies.
2. Leave Settings
The Leave Settings module allows HR and Admin to define and manage the company’s leave policies by setting up different types of leaves and their monthly limits. This ensures a structured leave system and helps in accurate tracking of employee leaves.
How to Add a Leave Type:
- Select Leave Type – Choose the type of leave (e.g., Casual Leave (CL), Privilege Leave (PL), Sick Leave (SL)).
- Enter Leave Days – Define how many leave days an employee is entitled to per month.
- Click "Save" – The leave policy will be added to the system and displayed in the list.

- Customizable Leave Policies – Set leave limits based on company policies.
- Automated Leave Tracking – Ensures employees get the correct leave balance every month.
- Better Workforce Management – Helps plan work schedules by tracking available leave days.
- Transparency & Accuracy – Employees can see their leave balances and apply accordingly.
3. Holiday Settings
Easily manage your company’s holiday calendar by adding official holidays. These holidays will be automatically factored into payroll calculations, ensuring accurate salary processing.
Add Holiday Entries
- Enter the holiday name and select the date.
- Ensure all official holidays are recorded in the system.
Customize Holiday Lists
- Define holidays based on company policies, regional observances, or government regulations.
- Set different holiday lists for multiple branches or locations if needed.
View & Manage Holidays on the Dashboard
- A structured table displays all added holidays for quick access.
- Holidays are visible on the dashboard, allowing employees to see upcoming holidays at a glance.
4. Salary Settings
Manage employee benefits seamlessly with Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance (ESIC) contributions, ensuring financial security and compliance with labor laws.
How It Works:
- Toggle ON – The system will automatically calculate and deduct the respective contributions from the employee’s salary.
- Toggle OFF – No deductions will be applied for PF or ESIC.
Provident Fund (PF)
- Enables employees to save for their post-retirement financial security.
- Ensures long-term financial security for employees.
- If toggle on then Included in payroll calculations automatically.
Employee State Insurance (ESIC)
- Deductions apply to eligible employees for medical and financial benefits.
- Covers medical expenses, maternity leave, and workplace injuries.
- Auto-calculated in payroll for compliance with ESIC provisions.
5. Screenshot Tracking (For Desktop Users Only)
Enhance productivity and transparency with automated screenshot tracking. This feature helps admins monitor employee activity and ensure work efficiency. (Available for desktop use only.)
Set Screenshot Intervals
- Capture employee screens at predefined intervals (e.g., every 5 or 20 minutes) based on company policies.
- Helps track work progress without manual supervision.
Monitor Employee Activity
- View captured screenshots to ensure employees are focused on their tasks.
- Identify any unproductive or unauthorized activities.
Track Time via Chat Applications
- Integrated time tracking with chat applications ensures accurate logging of work hours.
- Related screenshots are displayed in the Screenshot Menu for easy access.
6. Company Deletion Process
To ensure security and prevent unintended data loss, deleting a company requires verification. This multi-step process ensures only authorized admins can proceed with permanent deletion.
Steps to Delete a Company:
Deletion Confirmation
- A confirmation popup will appear, warning the admin that this action will permanently erase all company data, including employee records, payroll details, and settings.
OTP Authentication
- A one-time password (OTP) will be sent to the registered admin email.
- The admin must enter the OTP to verify the request before proceeding.
Permanent Data Removal
- Once the OTP is verified, all company-related data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
- This ensures data security and prevents accidental deletions.
Chat Group Management
Create Chat Groups
- Admins or authorized users can create chat groups within our chat application to streamline communication among employees.
- Groups can be organized by teams, departments, or projects, making collaboration easier and more efficient.
Group Naming & Editing
- Assign a group name when creating a chat group.
- Edit the group name if needed to reflect changes in team structure, project focus, or company requirements.
Internal Communication Hub
- Employees can send messages, share updates, and discuss work within dedicated chat groups.
- Encourages better teamwork and faster decision-making.
