Candidate Management
The system enables companies to handle candidate applications efficiently, from submission to final hiring decisions.
We provide companies with a link to their career page, allowing them to add applicant data directly into the system. The submitted details will be displayed on their dashboard for easy access and management.
Candidate Application Submission
Candidates can apply for job positions, submitting their personal information, qualifications, and resume. Their application will be stored in the system for review by the hiring team.
Reviewing Candidate Details
Once a candidate submits an application, the hiring team can: Access the candidate’s complete profile, including their resume, experience, and applied job designation.
Verify qualifications, work experience, and other key details before proceeding to the next steps.
Interview Scheduling
- Once a candidate is shortlisted, the hiring team can schedule an interview.
- The system allows interviewers to set interview dates and times based on availability.
- Candidates will receive mail regarding their scheduled interviews.
Updating the Hiring Status
Throughout the hiring process, the candidate’s status can be updated accordingly:
- Interview Scheduled – The candidate has been selected for an interview.
- Not Selected – The candidate does not meet the job requirements.
- Document Verified – The candidate's submitted documents (resume, certifications, etc.) have been reviewed and approved.
- Hired – The candidate has successfully completed the hiring process and is now an employee.
This structured approach ensures that every step of the hiring process is properly documented and tracked for better decision-making.
Employee Management
The Employee Management System enables Admins and HR to manage employee records, update details, and control access while ensuring role-based permissions.
Employee Profile Management
- Admins and HR can update employee details, including name, contact information, job designation, department, and assigned role.
Viewing & Managing Employee Details
- Admins and HR have full access to employee records, including roles, departments, and employment status.
- Role-based access ensures proper data management and security.
Employee Search & Filtering
- Search by Name – Quickly locate an employee by entering their name.
- Filter by Role – Find employees based on job roles (Admin, HR, User, etc.).
Employee Profile (For Employees)
Employees can view their personal and employment-related information from their profile page but cannot make any changes.
What Employees Can See in Their Profile:
- Personal Details – Name, contact information, job designation, department, and assigned role.
- Password Management – Employees can change their passwords for secure account access.
This system ensures Admins and HR have full control over employee management, while employees can access relevant information without making unauthorized changes.
Salary Management
Managing employee salaries and payroll has never been easier! This system allows you to add salaries, apply increments, manage incentives, and ensure accurate payroll processing—all in one place.
Adding Employee Salary
Easily add and manage employee salaries with just a few steps:
- Select Employee: Choose the employee from the list.
- Enter Gross Salary: Input the total salary before deductions.
- Choose Start Month: Select the month when the salary starts.
- Save & Display: The salary is stored in the system and visible under the employee’s records.
Need to increase an employee’s salary? Simply use the Increment Button to update their salary. Enter the new amount, and the system will automatically reflect the updated salary in the records.
Salary Management & Updates
View Salary Details: See the complete salary breakdown, including base salary, deductions, net pay, and incentives.
Salary Increment:
- Click the Increment Button to update an employee’s salary.
- Enter the new salary amount.
- The system saves and reflects the updated salary automatically.
Delete Salary (If Needed):
- If there’s an error or an employee leaves, you can remove the salary details.
Payroll Processing & Management
Payroll generation is smooth and automatic, ensuring salaries are processed accurately based on Working days, leaves, and incentives.
Creating Payroll
Select Payroll Month: Choose the month for payroll processing.
Automatic Salary Fetching:
- The system retrieves salary details for employees who have been assigned a salary.
- If an employee’s salary is not yet added, they will be marked as Pending.
- Click the Pending Button to manually add their salary.
On-Hold Salaries: If an employee’s salary is not processed, it remains on hold until updated.
Automatic Leave Deduction
- The system automatically calculates leaves for each employee.
- If an employee has unpaid(lwp) leaves, the salary is adjusted accordingly.
- Leave details (number of days, type of leave) are displayed for transparency.
Finalizing Payroll & Salary Slip Download
- Finalizing Payroll: After review, payroll is finalized for the selected month.
- Reset Payroll (If Needed): If changes are required, the admin can reset payroll and make necessary updates.
- Salary Slip Download: Employees can view and download their detailed salary slips anytime.
- Payroll Records: All payroll data is securely saved for future reference.
