TrackHabit operates on a subscription-based model for premium features and services.
Users are charged on a recurring basis as per their selected subscription plan.
Refunds are only applicable under certain conditions outlined in this policy.
2. Refund Eligibility
- If a user experiences technical issues preventing them from using the service, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
- If a user is incorrectly charged due to a billing error.
- If the subscription is canceled within the refund eligibility period (e.g., within 7 days of initial purchase, if applicable).
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- If the user fails to cancel their subscription before the renewal date.
- If the user changes their mind after purchasing a subscription.
- If the user violates TrackHabit’s Terms of Service, resulting in account suspension or termination.
4. Refund Request Process

- Refund requests will be reviewed within 5-7 business days of submission.
- If approved, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 10-15 business days.
