Taking time off shouldn't be stressful. Our Leave Management system makes it easy to request, track, and approve leave while keeping everything in sync with payroll.

1. Leave Policies

Admins and HR define the organization's leave policies, established on a per-month basis. This ensures consistency across all departments.

Policy Examples:

  • Privilege Leave (PL) – 1 day/month
  • Casual Leave (CL) – 1 day/month
  • Sick Leave (SL) – Defined by limit

How It Works:

  • Set: Admins configure types and limits.
  • Apply: Employees submit via dashboard.
  • Review: HR checks compliance.
  • Resolve: Approval triggers auto-deduction.

2. Workflow Management

Efficiently manage incoming requests with real-time status tracking and modification capabilities.

Pending

Awaiting administrative review.

Approved

Successfully authorized.

Rejected

Denied due to policy mismatch.

3. Balance Leave (Overtime)

Balance Leave is exclusive credit assigned by Admins for overtime excellence. These are usable for future time-off requests.

Administrative Sovereignty

Only Admins and HR have the authority to add balance leaves. Employees can then use these "banked" hours for their own requests.
