Leave Management Module

Taking time off shouldn't be stressful! Our Leave Management system makes it easy to request, track, and approve leave all while keeping everything in sync with payroll. No more back-and-forth emails or confusion! It's a complete Employee Time-Off System designed for efficiency.

1. Leave Setting

Admins and HR define the company's leave policies, deciding how many leave days employees get each month.This is a key part of how our HR Leave Management Software helps maintain consistency.

For example:

  • Privilege Leave – 1 day per month
  • Casual Leave – 1 day per month

How It Works:

  • Admins/HR set leave policies – They configure the leave types and monthly leave limits in the system.
  • Employees submit leave requests – Employees apply for leave based on their available leave balance.
  • Admins/HR review the request – They check if the leave request follows company policies.
  • Admins/HR approve or reject the request – If approved, the leave is deducted from the employee’s leave balance.
  • This ensures a structured Employee Leave Tracker for all employees.

2. Leave Management

Once Leave Settings are set up, Admins and HR can efficiently manage employee leave requests, including editing and deleting leaves when necessary.

Key Features:

  • View all employee leave requests in one place.
  • Check which leave types are added by each employee.
  • Search employee leaves based on status
    • Pending – Waiting for approval
    • Approved – Leave granted
    • Rejected – Leave denied
  • Approve, reject, edit, or delete leave requests in accordance with company policies.
  • This is where our Leave Request and Approval Software shines—making the review process fast and reliable.

How Leave Settings & Leave Management Are Connected:

  • Admins/HR can customize leave policies in Leave Settings as per company rules.
  • Employees apply for leave based on their available Balance leave.
  • Admins/HR review and approve/reject leave requests in Leave Management. This setup ensures a smooth and efficient leave system while allowing customization of leaves based on company policies.

3. Balance Leave (Overtime Leave)

Balance Leave Management is extra leave given to employees for working overtime. However, employees do not submit balance leave requests—only Admins and HR can add it.

How It Works:

  • Admins/HR assign Balance Leave to an employee.
  • The employee submits a leave request using the assigned Balance Leave.
  • Admins/HR review the request and can approve or reject it.
  • Once approved, the leave is deducted from the employee’s balance Leave.

The system includes the following default Balance Leave types, visible to Admins:

  • PL (Paid Leave)
  • SL (Sick Leave)
  • CL (Casual Leave)
  • ML (Maternity Leave)
  • PTL (Paternity Leave)

Balance Leave & Leave Settings:

  • Balance Leave is managed by Admins/HR through Leave Settings.
  • Only Admins/HR can add Paid Leave as balance leave
